Business Development Manager
The role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The primary role will be to work with the senior leadership team in developing management information, sales compliance, administering tenders and developing the overall bids process. This will involve administrative duties and collaborative working with sales and marketing teams.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate
- Ensure that Ad Hoc is represented on and subscribed to, all relevant tender portals and initiate necessary alerts
- Monitor portals and review relevant RFQs/ITTs and to make sure that no bids / opportunities are missed
- To coordinate the tender process from identification to submission (working closely with relevant account mangers)
- Liaise with internal departments to prepare and compile relevant information and policies for inclusion in tenders
- Submit regular progress reports, success rates, key deliverables, risks and lessons learned
- To create profiles for alerts on all relevant data sites such as Glenigan and Barbour ABI
- To coordinate leads generated through our website, data sites and events and to track progress using our CRM system
- To become a Salesforce (CRM) Super User to support effective and creative use across the sales team
- Research industry journals and report on key trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Support the sales team in producing client and management presentations
- Administer sales meetings and events
