About the property: We have a selection of good sized double rooms in two bed flats from £400pcm. You will be sharing with one other Guardian, enjoying a shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge. There is no charge for the heating of the flats, all you pay for on top is electricity and council tax.

Set in a prime location with Colindale station on the Northern Line only a 5 minute walk, connecting you to Euston in under 20 minutes. Mill Hill Broadway mainline station is an equally short walk, connecting you to the Thameslink line.

It’s flexible:  So, we only have to give each other 28 days’ notice.

In order to be a Guardian:  You have to be 18 and over, employed and not have any children or pets living with you (goldfish are fine..). You also can’t smoke inside the property (outside, in designated areas is fine).
