The role 

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Property & Compliance Co-ordinator for our Bristol & South West region. This is a new opportunity based in our Bristol office and would suit a skilled, passionate, driven maintenance co-ordinator, to manage every aspect of the property maintenance & compliance function. This involves working with our maintenance operative & property inspector to identify and carry out all planned and reactive maintenance tasks. 

A property/real estate background is essential. Experience within the Property Guardian industry will be advantageous.

 The ideal candidate

• A proven background in property / facilities management
• Experience of Fire Safety and Health & Safety (desirable)
