The role 

An exciting new opportunity to join our growing property business based in London, with various locations around the UK as our UK HR Manager.

You will build the People Strategy for the UK, reviewing current and historic performance and data, to inform and build your People Plan moving forward. With the support of our HR Advisor, this is a great opportunity to enter a growing business and bring your expertise into the role and develop our HR function.

This is a hugely interesting and exciting opportunity for the right person!

 The ideal candidate

• A proven background in strategic HR reviewing and implementing HR projects
• A full HR generalist including recruitment and managing ER case work
• Experience of reviewing all policy, procedure and processes within the business to ensure compliance, efficiency and overall effectiveness
• Strong communicator
• Well organised, determined and tenacious
  
• Ability to quickly build lasting relationships
  
• Reliable, honest and credible
• CIPD 7 or equivalent (desirable)
