Managing Director

Simon Finneran

Simon Finneran is Managing Director of Ad Hoc Property Management. Founded over 20 years ago in the Netherlands and coming to the UK in 2006, Ad Hoc provides alternative security solutions to over 80 local authorities across the UK. Since joining the company in 2014, Simon has been at the forefront of pushing through increased best practice standards across the organisation throughout the UK, Scotland and Wales.

Head of Finance

Jeremy Fraser

Jeremy joined the senior management team in early 2017 as Finance Director. He has more than ten years of broad and varied post-qualification experience across a number of industries in large corporates. Jeremy is supported by a fantastic team who are highly regarded by the Ad Hoc business.

With a particular focus and passion for making finance a valued commercial partner to the business Jeremy is looking forward to building the business and helping to shape the industry.
Jeremy has a family and wishes he had the spare time and money for hobbies including travel and adventure.

Head of HR

Jeremiah Homwe

Jeremiah joined Ad Hoc in June 2014 following various HR management roles within the finance and medical recruitment fields, insurance, and hospitality sectors in both large blue chip matrix organisations and emerging startups. Commercially focused and business centric, Jeremiah brings a wealth of varied experience to the Senior Management Team.

Since joining Ad Hoc, Jeremiah has enjoyed being part of a new management team that have helped implement various processes across this multisite business.

Jeremiah is passionate about people and their development and enjoys all aspects of business operations and the role that HR plays in aligning these varying departments and functions. He likes nothing more than seeing people identify their talents and develop themselves and their careers as the most rewarding part of his role.

A Kingston University alumni with an MA in Human Resources Management and CIPD qualified, Jeremiah enjoys music, cooking and current affairs.

In-House Solicitor

Isioma Ohakawa

Isioma joined Ad Hoc in Autumn 2016 as an In-house Solicitor. She obtained a BSc in Psychology and Criminology, then went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Law and a LLM LPC in the University of Law, London. She worked as a paralegal and then qualified with multinational security giant, G4S. Isioma spends her time on a broad range of legal and compliance matters including commercial contracts, property litigation and risk and compliance issues.

Area Manager South West & South Wales

Simon Wright

Simon moved to Bristol from South Wales approximately 20 years ago to study Engineering at University. After graduating aged 21, Simon spent 16 years working in consumer finance, before joining Ad Hoc in March 2015.

Simon is a keen sportsman playing football regularly and competing in triathlons during the summer months. Simon holds a Level 2 football qualification and coaches junior football in Bristol where he lives.

Area Manager Midlands

Darren Tubb

Darren Tubb is Area Manager for the Midlands region. He has been working for Ad Hoc since 2010, but has worked in the property industry for 13 years in total.  Darren has spent many years in sales in various environments and also worked in shipping for a number of years, which was a very enjoyable time as it gave him the opportunity to travel to many countries.

Travel is indeed Darren’s favourite pastime, and whilst he still has a large bucket list of places still to go, he has been very fortunate to have visited some amazing places around the world.

Darren also enjoys sport, particularly following the ups and downs of his local team Aston Villa. Darren is a keen exerciser too, and participates in circuit classes, cycling and martial arts.

Darren is Birmingham born and still enjoys the hustle and bustle of the city, but also appreciates the quietness of the suburbs nowadays.

Darren is looking forward to the exciting times ahead in the property industry!

Area Manager Yorkshire

Craig Mitchell

With experience in multi-site management in retail, Craig joined Ad Hoc in 2009 to establish a base for the company’s early expansion into the North. As a Business Development Manager, Craig won Ad Hoc’s initial client contracts in Yorkshire, the North West and the North East providing Guardians for a variety of businesses including local authorities and Diocese before progressing to the Yorkshire Area Manager role in 2011. Craig also opened the Newcastle office in 2013 to provide a more localised presence to the region before concentrating on the flourishing business in Yorkshire. He lives with his wife Emma and daughter Lily in Harrogate.
