We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who participated in our Property Owners’ Pulse survey. Your feedback is really important to us, and we’ve received some valuable pointers on how we can improve our service which we will look to implement into the business in 2018.
Here are the areas you told us you’d like us to improve, and how we are going the extra mile to respond to your needs.
- You told us you’d like to hear more about updates on health and safety, fire safety regulations and changes in the law, so starting January 2018, our quarterly newsletter will include a column from our in-house lawyer, Isioma Nwaenie focusing on the latest in compliance and law.
- We discovered that you would like to know more about our other services, in areas such as security and maintenance. Our new website, due next year, will not only provide this information, but will allow you to access an online portal that provides you with real-time information on your property, from inspection reports to maintenance requests. In the coming weeks, our local teams will be in contact with you to explain what additional services we can provide to you.
- You suggested that an area for improvement is the sending of regular updates on how we’re managing your property. We understand that this is important to you, which is why we have invested a considerable amount of money in upgrading our CRM and Financial Reporting System to allow for more automation in relation to property reports. The system is scheduled to go live in January 2018.
