Ad Hoc Property Management, Europe’s leading Guardianship organisation, will showcase it’s unique living and security solutions at the Homes Event 2016, being held at Olympia, London, on the 16th and 17th of November.

Ad Hoc’s Guardianship scheme places working professionals into all types of properties such as ex-schools, care homes as well as residential dwellings that would otherwise be empty. The benefit for the property owner is that their asset is kept safe, secure and most importantly lived in, whilst Guardians benefit from cost effective and flexible living accommodation.

In addition, Ad Hoc will market its newest Smartcam initiative, CYCLOPS, as part of its fast expanding security solutions for vacant properties. Fully remote controlled and with instant wireless image transfer, the new CYCLOPS Smartcam tower system stands up to 19ft tall and is designed to immediately detect unwanted visitors around property premises.

The Homes Event 2016 will bring together more than 3000 attendees from some of the largest housing associations, local authorities and housebuilders in the country to network and establish business opportunities. Incorporating more than 100 speakers over two days, it is the go-to event for developers, asset managers and procurement officers who are looking to gain an insight into the future of the housing sector and share best practice on how to combat the difficulties that the industry faces over the coming decades.

Jason Barnard, Area Manager for London and the South West at Ad Hoc Property Management, marked the importance of the event. “Our presence at the Homes Event will allow us to showcase our innovative security solutions and the Guardianship business model. The Guardianship model is unique because it keeps buildings inhabited and secure for property owners, and provides a cost-effective and alternative living solution for Guardians.

Adding to the alarm systems and security guards, our new CYCLOPS Smartcam solution is continuing to lead the industry with bespoke methods designed to uphold the maintenance and security of vacant properties.”
